Hi everyone,
Please I need your help guys, I’m facing a problem with theme optimization, I’ve hosted my website (www.neuronews.com.br) in the hostgator (shared server), it is the second time that they turn off my website (it is off right now), according to they it is consuming to much resources of the server.
My pagespeed is 64/100, my site is taking too much time to load the home page. I’ve already did an image optimization in all pictures.
Please could you guys give a piece of adive of how to solve this problem?
But please, I need a step-by-step guide, because I am not from IT area.
See the theme docs under tutorials, DIY guide, and best of forums.
Theme docs on how to optimize this theme.
Also my guide in the DIY > best of forums.
You can test your page for more help/info on what is actually wrong at
GTmetrix.com
test one of your post pages, NOT your home page (or you will go insane, trust me!) 🙂
Thanks Cris, actually I’ve tried your DIY guide, some I was able to do, but some not, I’ll try again.
I’m having difficulty with css and Javascript minify, I’ve tried some plug-ins which performe this action, but they blocked some theme features like Ajax filters for example.
When hostgator turn on my website once again, I’ll check my website by GTmetrix.com what’s going on precisely, thanks for now!

Hi,
For minification, we use cloudflare as other tools do not seem to work properly. Please follow this guide properly and make sure you do not use any incompatible plugins with speedbooster: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
You can also read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/incompatible-plugin-detected/
Thanks.
Hi Cris, thanks for your support, I’ve tested my website (www.neuronews.com.br) via GTmetrix.com and it’s seems very nice (apparently), be in homepage or some post page, but when I do the scanning via Google pagespeed the page score is 63/100 plus a lot of issues, do you know what’s going on in this case? Which scanning tool is more accurate?
