Theme panel

Hi, since I updated the site to version 9, I encounter a bit ‘of problems.
One of these that often fails me to save when I work inside the panel. What can it be?

Thank you for your answer.

But this is an upgrade for me so all the requirements checks are the same. The theme has been installed from a year and I regularly upgrade. Only with this version 9.1 I can no longer save any change in the panel theme.
When I press the Save button it keeps showing the loading sign perpetually.
