Theme panel, cloud templates not working

Hi guys, first a quick compliment, the theme looks amazing.

I’m having an issue updating the fields within the Theme Panel, it doesn’t show my changes. When I go to cloud templates and hit load templates it shows me an error. Can you show me how to fix this?

Hi,

Please notice that the settings from theme panel will not affect the cloud templates, those will need to be edit with tagDiv Composer.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

If there is still a problem, or this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

Thank you, that resolved the issue :). Deactivated 2 plugins.
