Hello,

my Newspaper Theme panel not save changes.
If I change logo image and click “Save setting”, after I refresh page and I check that logo image is the old one.
The same for all available setting.
How I can solve my issue, please?

Thanks in advance.
Regards

Hello bwebdev,

If you have some problems with saving, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) with the required plugins and then please ensure that your parameters are increased to be higher, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please check this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/ because there was discussed this problem about saving with Wordfence plugin. If you have this type of plugin to active, please disable it or set it according to workaround that was explained in that topic by Bryson T.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

I’ve checked my “system status” and it’s good:
Newspaper system status

About my Plugins I’m not using Wordfence plugin, anyway I’ve disabled all Plugins except NextGEN Gallery due fear of losing images, but with no success for my issue.
There is no Suhosin in my php.ini, and my console seems ok (except ace.js notice and firebug netCacheReader.js warning):
Theme panel console

How I can check now? I’ve no idea.

Thanks.

Hello bwebdev,

Please note that until now we do not have any bad reports in this case. It seems to be a problem browser….please try to use another browser, like Google Chrome and check if these errors reoccur.
If you need more assistance in this regard, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.

Thanks for your understanding!
