Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

Let me know the results!
Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for these suggestions.

All plugins are off except Tagdiv.
I have cleared the cache as requested.
I have checked the server issues as best I can.

Still the theme panel is not saving.
The odd thing is that I have another site running newspaper theme on the same server – all working perfectly.

I have the same exact issue!

After reading posts about this issue for the last 4 hours, I don’t see where anyone found the solution.

I followed every suggestion I have the ability to do, and still no results.

Any word on a fix?

Hello,

The issue blocking my Theme Panel from saving was my Internet provider “Comcast” “Xfinity” was masking my IP address as it passed through their Firewall. This caused “GoDaddy” to see the Theme Panel ajax request as an attack and blocked the request, thus not saving.

I had to access any Whois website to see my actual IP Address. Then, I copied and pasted the address in my GoDaddy “White List.”

After that, no problems!

Hello,

You may have a different Internet provider, but they might be following a similar policy of masking your IP Address…
