Theme Panel save settings issue

Theme panel saves nothing. I would like to change some settings and logos but after changing and apply save settings. It show saved. But after reload the page nothing is saved.

Console gives nothing. When I’m trying to change the Ads code in the section and apply Save Settings it return the Saved response but when refreshing the Theme Panel page no changes done.
