Theme Panel Settings Are Not Saved

Hello Support,

Theme Panel settings are not getting saved.
I have tried to make new changes again and again, But it automatically gets Reset to the default settings.

Please let me know.

Hi,
Try with all plugins disabled, could be a conflict in javascript. If not work can you give us access to wp-admin to take a look. Send via email at contact@tagdiv.com

There are no other plugins. It’s a new blog with the demo content.

Hi,

Please also check if the admin-ajax.php file can be accessed. Some hosts block access to the admin-ajax.php file when saving your settings and with that file blocked the theme can’t save your settings.
If this is your case contact your host provider and let him know about this issue.
You could easily identify if this is happens in your case by checking you browser’s console while saving your settings.

Hi,

Theme panel settings there is no save button and bookmarks misc like blocksetting, background.
