Hello,
I have updated my theme from v6.2 to v6.5 using the patch files provided.

First i moved from v6.2 to v6.3
then from v6.3 to 6.3.3
then v6.3.3 to 6.4
and finally i moved to v6.4 to v6.5
After that when i opened the admin panel, all other things are working fine, but the theme panel is showing empty area and no options are coming. Please let me know how to resolve it.

I have resolved the panel not displaying issue at my end. But now I am stuck with another issue.
None of the settings in the theme panel is working. When i change any setting and click on “Save Settings”, it just keep on showing me the loading icon and then nothing happens.
Please let me know how to resolve it.

While I am clicking on Save Settings options I am getting “500 Internal Server Error” on the console.

Hi,
Please check this without any plugins active except the Visual Composer, clear cache and check again. You should also check the max_input_vars directive from you php.ini file and make sure that it’s set above 2000, you can check this in system status section within theme’s panel: http://screencast.com/t/HPlker5y
If this doesn’t solve your issue, please contact your host and explain the situation as it could be caused by the server settings.

The value of max_input_vars is set to 5000 and it still doesn’t resolve the issue.
I tried disabling all the plugins and enabling them again, but again the theme panel settings din’t work.
I spoke with the server team as well, and they say the issue is not because of server settings but its the issue with the theme. I have checked the permission of the files a well and it is all well.
Please let me know how to resolve it now.

I’m not sure why this occurs, but you can try these following methods:
– Switch to a different theme and then reactivate newspaper,
– Clear your cache and disable all plugins (check the panel with no plugin active),
If everything else fails, try to reinstall the theme. Make a back-up of your database and also back-up your modifications if you have any and perform a clean install via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
In rare cases files can get corrupted upon install.
