Theme showing blank

Hi,
I just bought the Newspaper Theme. I installed the WordPress zip file of the theme. When i activate the them, my whole WordPress dashboard goes blank. I am unable to do anything. i had to change the theme to default from cpanel.

Please kindly assist me.

Hello betawin,

First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme packet which can be downloaded from Theme Forest and then, make a new clean install via FTP way, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Follow all the steps which are presented in our documentation and try to apply them for theme installing.

I have no idea how to use FTP. I have use several themes and i have not encountered such a problem before.

Please can you assist me in doing this, i am not a tech, just a blogger that in love with your Newspaper Theme.

I have successfully install the them using FTP. My i am still getting the White Screen after activation. Please you need to assist me here.
