Hello,
how do I update my theme to the latest version? Is there an automatic method?

The developers recommend to update the theme via FTP.

ok so every time that i download the theme from themeforest will it always be the latest updated version? For example now 9.6? Right?

Yes. But now last version is 9.6.1 from March 19th, 2019.
