Please Help I Updated my Theme to The latest Version and My Site has Reset.

I feel like crying, I’m deeply devastated, it took me like ages to get my website to perfection just the way I want it. But now everything is gone! I regret updating my site, I shouldn’t have, I didn’t know it was gonna reset my site ?? please help me I want to recover my site the way it is just before I updated.

Hello,

Please make sure you have tagDiv plugins activated (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, if you use elements from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin).
It is also always advisable to back up all files and database, no matter what update you make to WordPress, theme, plugins -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Also, to be able to help you efficiently, please provide more details, screenshots, link to your website to can understand the problems.

Same issue here, the update 11.3.1 breaks my site, no more background image on home page, the footer is brocken too, no more colors on my header etc. I am forced to go back to 11.3.

Hello!

Please make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active, check in the Newspaper -> Plugins.

The issue can be also from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Same issue here too! I’m trying to resolve.

– Deativacte all plugins except tagdiv, but no effect
– tryied to come back to 11.3.0, no effect

Just activate the TD composer and activate the standard pack and u r good to go…
