Apologies if this has been brought up recently, but I’ve just gone to update 10.3.9.1 on WordPress and it says theme update failed – has anyone had this issue?

Please make sure to have a backup created before updating. Also I personally recommend to try the manual update as you can see in our guide at the point B. : https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please let us know the result of the manual update. Also don’t forget to update and activate the plugins too.
