Hi,
What I recommend is to have a complete backup for the website and database. After that, please disable all non-theme plugins and update the theme.
There are 2 methods that can be used, automatic theme update using the option from Newsapper > updates, or manually updating the theme. Both methods are explained in our guide from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
