Theme Update Problems

I updated my theme, but now ALL the customization, logos, fonts, mobile, everything, was deleted and back to default settings. Is there a way to get back all my data and settings?

Hello,

Please follow the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ ; make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/; and you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

Note: When you try to restore a backup from Theme panel -> Import/Export, please do not press “Reset”.
