We have 2 problems on our website.
1:
We can’t update the theme. When we do, the websites design is crashed.
2:
Often when we want to upload media it takes ages to load and the website eventually crashes.
We tried everything, the debug file only shows 1 problem (german, but you’ll get it):

So the problem is the newspaper theme or the tagdiv plugins.

Update: With the help of other Topics in the forum we managed to update the theme and the website design works. I don’t know if the other problem is also solved with the update, we have to look into it next week.

I’m glad that you manage to resolve the problem with the theme update.
The second problem I do not thing that has something to do with the mentioned error, now most of the time it can be related to an extra plugin that is interfering or when there are insufficient resources. Please make sure that those theme requirements are set – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also please try using php v8.2 and v8.3 and see if there are any differences. If the problem persists, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
