Theme won't activate with Envato code!!!

I’ve been trying for HOURS now and trying to activate with my Envato Purchase Code always gives me this error:
“Envato API is down, please try again later or use the manual registration.”
How can I activate it manually???

I googled it and more users had the same problem with your themes over the years! Why is there still no fix?
And plz don’t reply with the excuse that the Envato API is down right now and I should try again later.
I’m a customer who paid alot of money for a theme that only causes me trouble, steals my time and simply doesn’t work the way it should, nor as easy as you advertise it to be!
And where is the promised customer support on here? All I see is getting ignored.

Are you kidding me? Didn’t you read this post? Why don’t you answer my question and reply with something totally else?
This theme’s support is the worst! This theme is not worth $59 if you don’t deliver what you promise your customers. One of your promises is a good customer support and I don’t see that happening. What a ripoff.

Issue with Envato. — OR — *can* be caused by improper install of theme or file permissions, caching issue, transients, other plugins, minification and compression fault from CDN, etc.

Did you try ‘manual’ activation?

Theme support is awesome.
Obviously if you didn’t try to install theme via FTP to ensure it’s in place properly, then you didn’t listen to the suggested solution. If 10,000 people can use it, and 25 can’t, often the issue is with the 25, not the rest, oddly enough.
