Why is the theme not updated in the wp-admin section?

Because it’s not hosted on wordpress.org, but a commercial theme sold at ThemeForest.

See the theme docs on how to update.

FTP is best way as you can also do full site backup same time!

Thanks but we have codes in the temp code we can not find special solutions
