There has been a critical error on your website. When I am check what error in website using cpanel they show error in tag composer website is not working when again install then again website not work plz help me

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40960 bytes) in /home/zeppfy1z/public_html/sidevide.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 2070

I am check requirements for newspaper theme all are ok this error is only when activate tagdiv composer

Hi,

Make sure that wp memory limit is at list 256MB and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel also please provide on email the licence key. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
