please help me to solve this issue there is no add new plugin and add new theme button in my newspaper theme.
in my localhost everything is working fine. but when i export it to live site the plugin add button missing …

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme please deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
