I have just Update my Theme 10.4 then after it’s Not Working totally Critical error everywhere { Admin Page and Website }. There is Showing Critical Error on my Website.
I waiting last 3 Hours but Its not Fine. Then I Decided to Write here.

move plugins folder to plugins-old , create empty plugins folder . then you will be able to access the admin console, reinstall the plugins

Sometimes this problem can appear when the server does not have the proper resource or you have a plugin conflict.
Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

I had the same error message after the update to 10.4
What helped for me was updating WordPress version from 5.6.2 to the newest 5.7.
Now everything works fine.
