Custom post templates are great because they can be customized a lot. The problem that I have found is that it does not work with certain things:
-If I create an article (using custom post template) and I use smart list to list a list of h3, the content of the post is shown normal (smart list does not work). Is this normal?
-Disqus does not work with custom templates.
The rest is very interesting, Cloud templates gives a great customization flexibility, thanks!

The cloud template which you use for a smart list should not contain the post content element, only the smart list element. A discussion about this here

Disqus doesn’t work currently with cloud templates. This may change in the future however.

-1 template to SmartList
-1 template to Post normal…

Yes, that would be it. We have created some cloud single templates just for smart lists for example

You can have as many templates as you want, for different situations.
