Hi,

What page are you referring to? Are the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in the theme requirements guide set properly?

Please follow the guide carefully and make modifications where needed, contact your hosting for assistance if necessary.
Also try deactivating all non-them plugins and check again. Let us know what you find.
