Thumbs on Modules/Blocks settings not loading

Hello sir, I am getting an error while trying to open Thumbs on Modules/Blocks settings. It’s not loading. I have also checked the recommended system status and it shows all green. Can you please help me? You can check the image…

Hi,

Check if there are any errors in the browser inspector console when you try to access those theme panel settings – http://prntscr.com/nruzk1

Usually issues with the theme panel are in general, is it happening only when you access the thumbnail settings?
