I realized for every image 25 images were being created and realized it was because I had turned on all the thumb sizes in Theme Panel > Block Settings > Thumbs on Modules and Blocks (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel) when I first started using Newspaper X and was trying different templates. Now that I’ve settled on the default template which only uses Flex Blocks 1,3,4 and then I added a Module 7, am I correct in assuming that I can turn off ALL the block thumbnails that don’t mention Module 7 and Flex Blocks 1,3 and 4 and therefore only leave the following turned on? https://snipboard.io/hMwHFl.jpg

Yes, we recommend to use only the thumbs for the modules/blocks you are using, in this way you’ll reduce the amount of thumbs that will be created -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Ok, could you confirm that my selections (see above screenshot) are correct? Or can I remove some more un-necessary sizes?

If these are the only thumbs that you are using then is ok, if you use more, then you need to enable the thumbs for each size you are using, otherwise it will be set a gray placeholder instead of featured image. If you use less thumb size, then you can disable an use thumb size.
