How can i add the Top Stories section to the right or left (in case of RTL) side bars of the post page? how can i set this to the template?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not know exactly whet you mean. Are you referring for how to add elements in sidebar? In you case you’ll need to go to Appearance > widget and add in Newspaper widget the elements you want to be display in the sidebar. – https://i.imgur.com/taI7aTg.png
Another solution is to use a single post template form cloud, this can be edited using the tagDiv Composer. – https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
