Hello karakey,

If you want to change the color and the title of this section you can do this only when you edit your block, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Dpgv4EIez -> http://screencast.com/t/G132dzY8ZL
The options from Translation area -> http://screencast.com/t/0bhhKA7izb7 affect only these predefined titles from category page -> http://screencast.com/t/5pYOo0d5Q
