Trouble displaying video images

Good day,
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, but I’m having trouble displaying video images for posts with the video format used. I use the default template of posts and when I insert the address of the video, the preview will show the post correctly with a rectangular image, but after publishing it will change to an unsightly square (see attachment). Can you please advise?

Hi,

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also make sure that you set the featured video like in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/

Thanks, it helped. The problem was caused by the Smush plugin
