troubleshoot when i tried to add Default Demo
and this is the message that i got

In a few recent previous cases this was caused by using an older PHP version. Check in the theme system status to see the version you are using

If that is the case, try to use PHP 7.1 or 7.2 if possible. Should be a setting for changing it in cPanel. For example

Or ask your hosting provider to do it for you.
Also check if wp-debug is set to false in the wp-config file

It could also be caused by permissions
