Trying to update to 11.2

Hi,

I am trying to update my website to the newest version and after I update the theme it seems that my necessary plugins do not work therefore causing my site to crash. Today, could be a big news day for me so I would like to update but the site can’t go down.

Any suggestions?

Hi RichardWachtel,
I checked your website and right now you have Newspaper v11.
Normally, there should be no problems with the theme update, just make sure that all theme plugins are enable. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you want we can take a look and update the theme fore you to see if there are some problems or not. For this please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin and cPanel, also include the link of this topic.
