Twitter Counter – Stuck at 0

The counter keeps showing it at 0 when in fact the account has 1,038 followers.

Hello,
You seem to be using an older version of the theme. The twitter counter needs the latest version of the theme and plugins to work properly due to twitter changes. Please use this guide to update your theme:

Okay, i’ve updated the site through the envatomarket plugin. And went through the entire process and was notified of its successful update. However the entire site seems to be wrong. With elements being misplaced and not working.

and unable to access the TD Composer to even try and fix them

Hi,

Please check if the tagDiv composer has been updated automatically to the latest version, also social counter

If not, delete them both and install them from here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gO8IQeEK
Then there should be no problem with the website or counter. Let us know otherwise.

Such simple solutions everytime. The plugins needed to be updated separately. I now know atleast for future reference. Thanks again
