Is it possible to add another menu so that it is just above the main menu. Both would be under the logo as part of the header. Like this one:
Also, if it is possible to do two main rows, is there a setting to show either one or both of them when you are scrolling down the webpage (sticky menu)?

Our theme has 2 menus: main menu and top menu. Depending on which header style you chose, these will be styled differently: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
You can select the main menu to be ‘sticky’ but only this one. The top menu remains in place.
If you want 2 rows in the main menu it’s as simple as adding more menu items to it and it will stretch on 2 or maybe 3 rows: http://screencast.com/t/onHo7qEj and both rows will be sticky.
