after having clicked on activate the theme, I am redirected to this blank page with the mention “I do not have permission to access this page”.

1. This problem can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newsmag > System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/St8rQKd.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

2. Please make sure that the Memory Limit is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ this value must be set in wp-config.php
