Unable to add custom code in theme panel

Hi

I’m trying to add a custom code in the theme panel. Once i add it and click save, the page doesn’t update. Can you help me with this

I disabled all plugins except tagdiv and tried saving the code. it did not work. I have asked about object caching for my server and they said it is not active on my server. How do I fix it
