unable to add social_counter on any pages

Hi,
i can’t add the social counter block. When i add it, first the save button load forever and when i reload the page it displlay this error message Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!

also i get some error in php logs :

these errors totally disapear as soon as i delete the social counter plugin

Hi,

First please check the theme system status, if there are sufficient resources

If needed, ask your hosting provider to increase these parameters to the recommended values.

If there is still a problem, please try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and try the counter again. In case it does not work, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email as well.

Thanks i’ve sent you an email.
Also can you edit my post (or can i? i don’t find the edit button ) and delete all occurences of the domain name ? i don’t want this post to be referenced on google … Sorry !
