I am having issues setting up a homepage… with the latest post and slider only, https://healthable.org the homepage is also missing a sidebar.

If you want to have as homepage a page with a slider and latest post only all you need to do is to build a page add a slider -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4JSQXszynFBe and a post loop -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sj8b4cvc
After that all you need to do is to set it as homepage.
In order to change the page template please use the Gutenberg.

Ensure that you have respected all of the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and also, we have the problem with the non-appearance of “Posts loop settings” and TD Composer button. We will fix it as soon as possible in our future updates.

Also this can be a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Same problem here. The “Posts loop settings” tab just isn’t appearing.
