Unable to connect to Instagram feed

Hello,

I recently installed Newspaper 10 on an old blog.

I’m still working on configuring it. But I have a problem with Instagram feed configuration.

I accessed Theme Panel > Social Networks. I clicked “Connect Instagram Account”. Instagram prompt me for username and password. I provided them. Then I have an error message. “Instagram Connection Error”.

I tried several times since last week. I followed the given tutorial. But I always have the very same message.

Is it possible that there is an API change blocking me? What is the cause of the problem? What can we do to make it works?

Hello again,

Finally I tried to log in with Instagram, to go in “User profile, Apps and Websites”. I have seen that I created two authorized accesses. One for “tagDiv WordPress Theme App”, one for SmashBalloon. I deleted both of them and tried again getting authorization. It works now!

Now I can see our company last posts on Instagram at the end of home page. 🙂

It’s a very simple solution and I should have thought of it sooner. If anyone has the same problem, try deleting access(es) as I have done.
