Hi, I can’t edit the length of the excerpts (tagDiv) The excerpt length option is “grayed out” and cannot be overwritten. I noticed that “Layout” menu is missing (General, Filter, Style, Css – but no Layout)

Likewise in the excerpts settings (Theme panel / Exceprts) everything is greyed out and cannot be edited.
I have disabled all plugins. Theme 11.4.1 and WP 5.9.

You need to set your own length, there is a default length.
Also, I recommend you to use Flex Block and Big Grid Flex which gives you more adjustment and flexibility options than blocks (1-25) from tagDiv Standard Pack.
The excerpt is getting the content from the beginning of posts, but this is only if there is no text set in the excerpt zone -> https://i.imgur.com/IUYez4T.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/BLvoT6p.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/

I’m just trying to set my own length of the excerpts, but I can’t, the excerpt box can’t be edited. Do you mean that excerpts (block 1-25) can’t be edit at all?
I tried using the “Flex box” but without success. Take a look at the picture – the lenght od the excerpt (and the title) is “greyed out” and can’t be edited.
