Hello, we are adding some videos to our site. We are using “Video Format” and adding the youtube url in “Featured Video” section. But the issue is for some videos it is not generating featured image thumbnail. How to resolve this?

I have inspected your website, and I saw that your video is just added in the post content, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iDR6EVAXk7uw This Video has not been added like as Featured Video, and that’s why the theme does not create the Featured Image from the cover of your Featured Video. The featured image gets generated for some videos and fails for some videos. It is random.

You will be able to access the admin after 5 minutes once you whitelist.

Please try to increase your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and then check the results. Also, of the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. I have tested on my side and the Featured Image from Vidoe work as expected.
