I’m attempting to add new template elements to my theme and when I click on the Cloud button and then click to “Import Section” the pop-up window won’t disappear so that I can confirm to load the Section. If I continue to click Import I can see the addition of dialogue boxes being loaded under the main Import window get loaded, but I can’t click on them. When I click the close button on the “Import Section” window the confirmation windows underneath disappear. I have tried, Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Same on all browsers. Please help.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you for the quick reply. It’s a fresh website and the only theme I installed. Since I started building it I’ve only activated 2 plugins that didn’t come with the theme. I have deactivated both, flushed the cache and still have the same problem.
Thoughts?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Just wanted to update for anyone else having these issues. The WPBakery Page Builder plugin was causing a conflict. Deactivating the plugin resolved the issue. I hope this helps and thank you tagDiv team for helping me figure this out.
