See this screenshot, I tried few times, I cant install newspaper theme, kindly help.

You are attempting to install the full theme package, not the actual theme inside the theme package. The full theme package contains many other items, not just the theme also make sure that you download the full package and you unzip it, after that, you install only the Newspaper zip from the theme package.
