Cache is not the Problem- i cleaned and it is the same Problem

When an update is released there can be such issues, unfortunately. Due to the high volume of key verification requests that are made when attempting to use the automatic update method, our server may respond slower. This causes the key verification to timeout, and there will be a notification like the one you are receiving. It may work eventually if you try a few more times.
Or you could update the theme manually, through wordpress or using a file manager. The latest version of the theme is available for download in your themeforest account – https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ Using either manual method you can delete the old theme, install the new one, and update the plugins.
