When in the backend and going to Newspaper – Theme Panel – Ads (for example, seems all are affected), the drop down menus refuse to open when clicked, though the arrow points down.
Any ideas?

The access is denied, so I can not see your screenshot.
Please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active.
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’m not sure what you mean about the screenshot, that is a public upload – I can view it on any computer without credentials. It just shows the Theme Panel drop-down menus not opening.
All of the requirements are met.
Disabling ALL plugins did not help.
We have a nearly identical WordPress & plugins setup on several other sites which are not experiencing this issue.
Is there any other information I could get for you?
