Unable To Remove Custom Javascript

Hello,

We have a single line in the custom javascript area that we are trying to remove. When we clear the line and click save, the screen just spins with no end in sight.

Any idea why this might be happening? Any work arounds?

Hello mitechnews,

I suspect being a conflicting plugin which causes an error with your saving. Also, until now we have any bad reports with the Wordfence plugin which create some kind of issue in our theme with the latest version of WordPress. I recommend to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Hi Catalin,

Thank you for the link about WordFence at https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/

This solved the problem by going to WORDFENCE > FIREWALL > FIREWALL STATUS > Select Learning Mode > SAVE

I was then able to make the changes in the Themes Panel.

Once the changes were done, I reset WordFence to Enabled and Protecting.
