I have updated the theme and all plugins related to Newspaper and have disabled everything else. Nothing seems to be doing the trick. I have 2 Shortcodes that I had saved previously. Both I am unable to delete. As well as not being able to save anything else as an element. I select save and it asks for a name, after naming and hitting save it loads forever.

There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element if you just look carefully: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT ; the second way to delete something is that you can drag & drop the element at the bottom of the page where will be a red area, and the third way is to click on the element and hit the button DELETE from your keyboard.
Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Thank you for the quick response. I am able to delete elements just fine. It’s my saved Shortcodes I am unable to delete. As well as saving new ones. Unfortunately uninstalling and reinstalling the Composer did not work. I have made sure everything is up to date and tried deactivating all other plugins.

The first screenshot is the 2 Shortcodes I have saved that I cannot get rid of. The second is what I get whenever I try to save a new element. I have sit and let it stay like that for ample amount of time. In the end nothing is saved.

Check there about a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
