Hi, we have a website with latest version of Timely to manage events. On event detail page I’m unable to set the sidebar. The Event post gets displayed in full page width even though I’m setting the sidebar on the backoffice page. The same version of the website suing an older version of Newspaper was working as expected instead. We did the upgrade to Newspaper 9 and the sidebar is no longer visibile.
Can you please advise what’s wrong? Thanks.

You can use a single post template and add the widget sidebar element in the row as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Nm8HeHe3 and set the widget you want.

I’m sorry I’m not sure I get your answer. I’ve never seen the widget on the left that you are showing, how do I display that? Is that an additional component?

That widget comes from tagDiv Composer. You will have to import a Single post template from the cloud library and the edit it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Dear Vlad,
I’m writing to ask support for a custom post type, which is an Event as provided by the Timely plugin. I don’t see any tagDiv composer button that page, I’ve already provided you with screenshots about what I see in my backoffice.
I’d ask you to spend few more words explaining why I don’t see any sidebar appearing on the front-end page, while in the backoffice I see the sidebar and the sidebar setting as posted in my screenshot (Eventi_sidebar).
Moreover it would be interesting to know if you have any clue about why this feature that was working fine before the update went lost when I upgraded to version 9.
