Unable to update using plugin

I installed update theme update plugin and generate token successfully.
Upgrade available notification also showing, but when i click on it, nothing happened. Updation not start.
Please tell me why. This is easiest way to update theme.
Please help

The Envato plugin may not be the best method to update. There are other more reliable methods
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
By FTP is the most recommended among all of them. Also remember to update the theme plugins as well.

Hello factografica,

Please make a full backup of your database to avoid losing all of your data and make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing, clear all the caches and check the results.
