I am unable to Use TagDiv Composer on my posts. The composer just not appears. I have read through the help articles as well as watched the videos, but they are useless and do not provide a step by step solution. Please advise if there is something I may have missed.
It works on Pages with no problem.

The pages are not a problem. Posts are. Your documentation for posts is not clear so with what it states, it is impossible to build a post.
I have selected a cloud template – Single Post Template 9 (It is already saved in Cloud Templates tab in WordPress admin). But I am unable to integrate it with any post on my site.
