I’ve been having errors when I try to upload images. I’m assuming it’s because I do not have an updated version of Newspaper. I tried to update it and keep getting the message that the theme is already installed. Can you please help?

Check all the theme’s requirements to be respected according to the following useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Check all the system status parameters to be green.

Still doesn’t work. Pretty frustrated. I’m unable to upload photos with the current theme and thought that if I updated the theme I would be able to. I’ve had so many issues with this theme and feel incredibly helpless.

Hello kalenaradia,

Make sure that your WP Memory has been increased according to our theme’s requirements guide. Maybe this parameter is exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.

My WP memory is increased. My issue isn’t with saving things!

Hi kalenaradia,

Please make sure that you have enough space to store all the images, also please check if the image size is bigger then the max size upload.
