Hello mekson,

This error occurs because the theme’s core files have not been correctly overwritten or due to a bad theme install. I suggest you make a new theme install, probably to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Hello mekson,

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin), full FTP access so we can try to install the theme. Also, please make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data, before we start installing a new theme, sorry!
