Hi,
I realized that there is a new update in the theme but i m afraid of loosing all the posts & pictures. How can i update the theme without loosing all the information? Could you please show me step by step.

In order to update your theme please follow our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Please note that we recommend creating a full backup ( this can be done by your host ) before having an update.
